John Rickert, a long-time member who has sung with the Bay Chorale, is our current director. John moved into the director position in January 2023. He has worked as a church choral director in Saginaw since 2006. John is a talented trumpet player playing musicals at the Midland Center for the Arts, Bay City Players, Pit and Balcony, along with numerous high school productions in the area. John currently plays in the band, "Stone Street Revival". He is also a member of the Saginaw Elite Big Band, and Saginaw Eddy Concert Band. John is a very skilled singer with a wide musical background.
